- Where do the lingerie master classes take place?
London:
Islington (just 1 minute walk from Archway Station /Norther Line)
-Do I need to bring anything along?
All specialist materials and equipment will be provided.
With your booking confirmation, you will be asked to bring along your own sewing kit and notebook.
(with advanced classes you might be asked to bring along some design ideas etc.)
We will provide light refreshments in our classes.
Classes are kept deliberately small and are limited to a maximum of 6 Students only.
Each student will get individual attention during the course.
(One-to-one tuition is available on request)
We always aim to run specific subjects that focus on individual students interests.
No matter if you need help with sampling your first collection or can't find any bras that fir your size:
we will be able to give you advise and will be able to provide excellent training/skills so that you can go ahead with your lingerie projects.
(please get in touch if there is anything you are particularly interested in and we can advice you which class might be suitable for you)
-Will I be able to wear my newly made lingerie myself?
Professional lingerie patterns will be provided in one standard size during the beginners workshops.
During the 2/3day bra/lingerie master classes & advanced classes students will be able to sew a bra to their own size with bra cup sizes ranging from an A-H
-Who are our master classes for?
- Individuals with a passion for lingerie
-Designers/ Individuals who want to start their own lingerie business
-Designers/Makers who like to refresh their skills
-Costume Designers / Makers
By the end of the class each student should have a luxurious piece of lingerie made by themselves to take home or has achieved a stunning sample piece to showcase.

We specialise in : Lingerie making & design workshops
&
offer expertise advice and training in this particular field to give students an up to date insight into modern lingerie making.
This will include:
-couture versus commercial sewing techniques
-contour fashion insider news/infos during the design classes
-focus on luxury lingerie finishing techniques
- deliberately small classes
(we only take a max of 6 students)
- Students can choose from very high end lingerie materials:
pure silks, fine lingerie laces & elastics etc.
- Our Tutor runs a successful lingerie label and will give crucial tips of the trade with over 10years experience. Students will get practical tips and advice and a structured step-by-step guide how to assemble garments, so that students will be able to work on their own on any future projects.
By the end of the class each student should have a luxurious piece of lingerie made by themselves to take home or has achieved a stunning sample piece to showcase.

Thanks again for the weekend. I did expect to come away with something that faintly resembled a bra but surprised myself - and a few others with the results!
Please do let me know if you schedule an advanced class as I would like to know how to make them for my size - which is a bit bigger and would need a different style.....
